Refund, Return, & Exchange Policy
If you’re not completely satisfied with an item, you may return or exchange it within 30 days from the original order date. Returned/exchanged items must in new condition with accompanying receipt and packaging.
In the case of a return or an exchange for an item of a lesser value, refunds will be issued only to the same payment method used to make the original purchase.
*Please note that ALL clear-out and sale items are final and not eligible to be returned.
How to Process a Return
To process your return, you can either bring it to our store or ship the item(s) back to us. We recommend you always ship with a courier or Canada Post and obtain a tracking number (we are not responsible for items lost during shipment back to our store) and you are welcome to use the least expensive option available in your region. You are responsible for the return shipment costs and shipments sent via COD will not be accepted.
Merchandise returned that appears used will be subject to a restocking fee. Please note that labour fees (e.g. special orders, installation) are not refundable.

Damaged Shipments
All of the items that we ship are in new and un-used condition unless otherwise stated in their online product description. If a package is delivered to you in damaged condition you have the option of refusing or accepting delivery. If you choose to accept the damaged product, please contact us immediately and we will arrange for return shipment of the damaged item(s). Please try and leave the product and package in its original form from when you received it. This will assist our claim submission to the shipping company. We will do our best to make sure you receive a replacement of your item(s) in undamaged condition as quickly as possible (subject to availability).
Incorrect Products
In the unlikely event that you receive your order and the contents do not match those outlined in your order confirmation e-mail, please contact Factory Sports Excellence immediately via the phone numbers or e-mail address listed above. We'll work to get you the right product as quickly as possible and arrange for return shipment of the incorrect item(s) at no cost to you.
